SMA Increments of Vegetation Abundance

This image corresponds to the scatterplot in Figure 12. Each color is a small increment of vegetation abundance according to SMA. The raw data image of this region is shown in Figure 8. Comparatively, SMA has more sensitivity to small increments of vegetation abundance than NDVI (compare to Figure11).
