Soils RIGIS RIGIS statewide soils data Soil slope groups 12, 13, and 14 where used to determine areas with slopes over 15%. These areas are considered constrained.

Buildout   Shows the number of units on each parcel at buildout

Units_Max = The maximum number of units at buildout
Units_Min = The Minimum number of units at buildout
Goodland = The area, in square feet, of land that is not constrained in the parcel.
Roads = The area, in square feet, taken up by roads in the subdivision of the parcel.

Zoning Charlestown Zoning Maps Zoning maps where digitized from a copy of the Official Charlestown Zoning Map using the parcel data as a base map.

R-40 = Residential 40,000 sq ft
