Flood Zones

The flood zones coverage comes from the RIGIS database. The flood zones coverage was used to find areas in the flood velocity zones, which are considered constraints to development, for the buildout analysis. The only zone that was used in the analysis was the 100 year velocity flood zones. This under represented the areas with constraints due to flooding.
