Charlestown Parcels

The Charlestown parcel coverages is used as a baseline in this study. It was created by a private firm for Charlestown specifically, and therefore does not align perfectly with RIGIS coverages. This coverage was created in December 1998 and does not represent changes that have been made since this date.

All the data layers in this analysis are compared in accuracy to the parcel coverage, which for these purposes is the baseline accuracy. This is because the methods used in the study are at a parcel level, and therefore the parcels themselves are the bases of accuracy or inaccuracy.
