This coverage, from the RIGIS
database, consists of estimates of the range of rare species.
The spatial resolution of this coverage is 3 acres, which
is to large to use in the buildout analysis. The coverage
is used in the openspace analysis, but because of it's spatial
resolution is not heavily weighted.
