South Kingstown Cultural Resource Inventory Online

 

The South Kingstown Cultural Resource Inventory combines information about scenic, historic, and cultural resources. A complete explanation of each study is presented in Data Sources.

It is intended to be used by the Planning Department and Planning Board to complement existing maps of natural resources in discussions of growth management and open space acquisition. It can also be used by residents to learn more about the history of South Kingstown and view the results of the 1998 report, An Inventory and Analysis of Village and Rural Qualities in South Kingstown.

The Inventory is made up of parcel maps which are linked to web pages containing information from a number of studies performed at the local and state level.
