If the watershed approach is to be a long-term investment,
it might be worth knowing what the younger constituents
prioritize as opposed to the older constituents.
In addition, since older people tend to have more
disposable income, may be retired, or may have more
ties to the community, it would be worth knowing what
they see as most important.
