Assocations by town could indicate town-based interests that would make a targetted outreach and education campaign more effective. The WRWC or DEM could use this data to present the most salient issues in a particular community and perhaps earn a better response.

1. Providence residents dominate

3. Smithfield residents place higher importance on Historic Preservation
4. Providence residents do not show differential preference for specifically "urban" topics (i.e. Contaminated Sites, Public Health, Equity, etc.)
5. There is no appreciable difference in the ranking of Growth Planning between urban and suburban communities
