The findings are divided into two parts, based on the two methods of materials analysis and qualitative focus group research.

Materials: What were the materials that Pascoag residents relied on in the fall of 2001 like? Were they understandable and useful?

Qualitative Data: What did residents in focus groups in Pawtuxet Village say about a hypothetical water contamination event in their community?
