Transit-oriented Development
(TOD)
This website represents a semester's study of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in Rhode Island. For our Environmental Studies 201 course at Brown University, we investigated the feasibility of extending commuter rail to the towns of Kingston in South Kingstown, RI and Westerly, RI, coupled with TOD around the stations. This study continues the work of the ES 201 TOD study from 2002.
