The Pawcatuck Watershed Partnership: A coalition of experts from EPA, NRCS, RIDEM, and URI provide support and technical assistance to organizations interested in preserving watershed resources on a sustainable basis. Visit their site or contact Rob Adler (617) 565-9306.

A Water Use Stakeholders Group: A division of the Pawcatuck Watershed Partnership addresses various issues, concerns and conflicts related to water use in this watershed. The focus of this group it to devise non-regulatory approaches to managing water for both human and environmental needs. The Wood-Pawcatuck Watershed Association: A nonprofit organization whose mission is to, "promote and protect the lands and waters of the Wood-Pawcatuck watershed." This association relies on member support for its activities and funding. It is active in providing educational opportunities to schools.
