Drafting
of the Growth Management Plan
A Growth
Management Plan is being drafted that will
help Hopkinton grow in a smart and sensible manner
while being sensitive to the economic need for
further growth.

CHARIHO
With serious talk that Charlestown might withdraw
from the CHARIHO
school district, the Hopkinton Town Council is currently
considering the economic ramifications that this
action might have on the taxpayers of the town. |

Development
Proposals
Hopkinton is considering 1500 acres of new development
proposals. This could add up to 319 new house lots
to the town. The largest area of proposed development
is along Dye Hill Road, located in the northwest
corner of the town. This area is in close proximity
to farms and can only be reached via single-lane
bridge roads. |
