Pascoag: Lessons Learned

From the beginning of September, when the contamination was first discovered, different officials at different levels of government were involved in solving the problem and bringing relief to the residents.

In order to understand officials' actions and their perceptions of these actions and their responsibilities in this situation, in summer 2002 Jessica Spiegel '03 and Jessica Galante '03 interviewed senior officials from the various agencies involved.
