Has the Renewable Fuels Standard, signed in 2005, and other resource policy resulted in success for the Biodiesel market? As a case study, I want to compare how policy has affected several Biodiesel producing and marketing companies in the Northeast, including Newport Biodiesel, Lake Erie Biofuels, the Louis Dreyfus Corporation and Innovation Fuels, Inc.
